Thank you for placing your order with Rosie’s and Lily’s Paper Flowers! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Rosie’s and Lily’s Paper Flowers only delivers within the contiguous 48 United States. To give you an idea on the time it takes to create the arrangements, please allow between up to 3 weeks for small arrangements and up to 2 months for large arrangements to be completed upon ordering. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately. We are not liable for shipping issues. Shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control once the package is with the carrier such as delays, mailing to the wrong address provided by the customer or damage or theft of the package is not our responsibility.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate

$10.25 shipping on all orders unless otherwise advertised.

Please Note

·         We currently do not ship outside of the United States

·         Orders ship only on business days (Monday-Friday)

·         Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. will be processed the following Monday.
